At BDA , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

🔄 Return period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item and request a refund or exchange.

✅ Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • New and unused condition - The item must be in its original condition
  • Packaging intact - With all original labels and packaging
  • Proof of purchase - Receipt or order confirmation required
  • No signs of wear - The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged

❌ Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and cosmetic products
  • Underwear and swimwear (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Custom or made-to-measure products
  • Gift cards

📦 Return procedure

Step 1: Contact us

Before returning an item, please contact us via our contact page , providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions.

Step 2: Prepare your package

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship the package

Send the package to the address we will provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

💰 Refunds

Processing time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days .

Refund method

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank (generally an additional 3 to 7 days).

Amount refunded

We will refund the price of the item . The initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (different size, color), please contact us. The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

🛡️ Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the item.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

🌍 International returns

The same conditions apply to international orders. Please note that customs fees paid upon receipt are non-refundable and that international return shipping costs are your responsibility.
